1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service lets users connect to their computers from a web browser or mobile app and have an AI assistant carry out tasks on them using the screen, mouse and keyboard. Connections must be approved on the computer unless the user has saved it to My devices.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to certain features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to bypass payment systems, licensing checks, or security mechanisms. Any misuse may result in termination of access.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited to the amount paid during the last billing period.

6. AI assistant

The AI assistant acts on your instructions and can make mistakes. You are responsible for the tasks you give it and for checking the results. Only connect to computers you own or are authorized to use. Each session is recorded as a video on that computer.
